In this episode I re-visit my first year of motherhood and recount some of the big challenges, lessons, and transformations I experienced. I explore the changes internally, as well as in my social life, and mental health. I cover the topics delayed attachment to baby, parental anxiety, loneliness and others. I share some of the things I did that helped me cope. I'm giving a voice and words to the experiences of a new mother that I felt I didn't have access to myself. This is where I was born as a mother.
