Great host, layered story of the mayhem and paranoia of the 9/11 era, the manhunt and prosecution of two mysterious bad actors. The trail of damage goes much further than we were aware of at the time. The perspectives of the victims provides a humanized point of view and the prospect of malvo...Read full review »

I have listened to hundreds of (mostly) true crime podcasts and this podcast is hands down the best I’ve ever listened to. SO much information, well laid out and organized, tons of audio from survivors and LEO, and info from the case files… WOW. I had no idea how much carnage these 2 animals...Read full review »

The entire reason for this podcast is the last main episode. The fact that one of the shooters was a minor and the opinion of the podcast says he should not be in jail is just a bunch of liberal hokum. He laughed at the families of the victims. He is pure evil and the makers of this podcast...Read full review »

Very good podcast. I listened to it fully, im very curious as to how they got access to Lee Malvo’s interrogation audio? I would love to know please

I listened to this podcast when it first came out (free, not through i❤️radio). Hands down, one of the most intriguing and interesting p’casts I’ve ever heard. I remember the news reports & events when/as they happened in real time. I lived in the area. It was terrifying. The strategies,...Read full review »

Very compelling story but got political and biased towards the end.

This show is great and I love it! There’s an ad tho that keeps playing with a gay guy saying that he’s gay. Disgusting.

Tony Harris is now one of my favorite voices. He did a great job. He brought the right attitude and spirit to this sad subject. This is a tragic story. I pray the violence ends. Thank you for this production

Brutal and utterly tragic. This is professionally delivered and a must listen to podcast.

Nothing like listening to an English spoken podcast that has Spanish spoken commercials.. so irritating….

The show was well done. It was put together in such a way to keep you anticipating the next episode. Definitely could have omitted the “bonus” episodes. Mildred Muhammad fails to give any real proof of abuse by John Muhammad, yet she has now capitalized on the fact that she once was married...Read full review »

i would love to continue to listen to this podcast, but the ads are so annoying, and there’s so many of them. i wouldn’t mind as much if there were multiple breaks per episode if the ads were normal, but they really make no sense. there agitating and loud. honestly made me stop listening for a...Read full review »

Great podcast. My only issue was with the episode with the daughters. They sounded so inconsiderate of the pain their father had caused. As if they expressed too much compassion for their father’s victims, it would somehow make them look as if they were sharing in his guilt. But maybe they were...Read full review »

I don’t know why, but what seems like a 2 minute long Ford commercial multiple times per podcast needs to go. I end up lowering the volume for it, it’s that irritating. I get you need commercials, but wow. This particular podcast in the series seems to have way more commercials than the others,...Read full review »

This arc in the Monster series (Season 3, the DC Sniper) is one of the few podcasts I’ve truly binged. A deep dive into the DC Sniper case, what may have driven the snipers, the attacks, and the aftermath. I found the interviews of the survivors, the families of those who died, and Mildred...Read full review »

Any other podcast channel that I pay a premium for is ad free. I’m paying for Tenderfoot+ and still have tons of ads. The podcast itself is great and does a nice job of telling the horrifying story of the DC Sniper. I lived in Virginia at the time and everyone anywhere even remotely close to DC...Read full review »

This was a truly insightful and informative podcast. I remained intrigued episode to episode, and the production quality is top notch. The poise and strength showcased by Mildred Muhammad was impressive. My heart goes out to her and her children. Tony Harris was a true professional as always.

The episodes relating to the actual crimes are very well done. But do yourself a favor and skip any episode devoted to John Mohammed's ex-wife. The woman is a huge drama queen and the amount of air time the podcast creators give her is annoyingly excessive.Read full review »

Very well done podcast. I learned a lot I didn’t know, even though I followed this story closely as it was happening. One thing I wanted to add is that I do not believe Malvo should ever be released from prison. I can give him the benefit of feeling remorse, I can even extend the benefit that he...Read full review »

Interesting, if at times needlessly filled out series about two utter maniacs. Must whinge about excessive adverts that are irrelevant and annoying to the none-USA listener.

I lived 32 years ten blocks from WTC and was there 9/11. The voiceover description here is gag-worthy cliché-ridden lazy viewpoint and summary. We NYers knew, the moment that 2nd plane hit, that it WAS a terrorist attack and it would NOT be a normal work day. Writer attempts to rewrite reality...Read full review »

Great podcast except for the sentencing episode, which was highly biased mostly featured interviews from people in support of parole. This series in really fascinating but the ads and the ad breaks are really jarring. There is a sound cue for the ad break but every episode starts with two ads.
