Listen. Now. And hopefully, Chad will help me find my why.
Put simply, this is my favorite podcast of the countless to which I listen. The hosts break down innovations and thinking from some of the most interesting folks on this planet. My favorite take-aways: 1) Peter Drucker — write down your/ your organization’s values, 2) Jack Ma — only hire people that could one day replace you, 3) Angela Ahrendts — listen first, 4) Ed Catmull — invest in a brain trust, or a group of people who can advise you, support creativity, and devolve authority, 5) Simon Sinek — find your why because that’s what’s important, that is what will sustain you. Can’t stress listening to this podcast enough. Chad, I sure hope you contact me to help me go the last mile on my why.

Really enjoy listening to Mike and Chad discussing relevant and applicable business strategies. Have already implemented a few of the nuggets from Cal Newport’s sessions. Keep up the great work guys!
