[Special Message] Pausing... and a request for ideas :-)

As a listener of the morning meditation minis show you have likely noticed that this past week I did not posted any content.
I do apologize for that and I kept thinking every day I’ll be able to manage “getting it together today” and then the next day, and then the next day - which is why I am sending this message after the fact rather than ahead of the situation...
