Use caution
Most episodes are empowering, inspirational, and a fantastic way to get your daily seretonin boost. However, this podcast has a lot of issues when it comes to determining the appropriateness of how a message is delivered and the marketing thereof. For example, I’ve yet to see a visible trigger warning despite continued discomfort with the way topics are handled. Humor can also be very concerning without adequate documentation or warning thereof. If you’re looking for something quick and have the capacity to censor and think through what’s presented critically, this may be for you. If you’re looking for a family podcast or are easily impressionable, I would not recommend.
