The million dollar question- "When should I leave?" or "How do I know if I should stay?". Questions we are constantly getting asked in our DM's.
In this episode we are joined by Tammi, who shares her experience of navigating the challenges and uncertainties of her long-term relationship of 13 years. She chats us through the importance of self-reflection, communication, and working through resentment in order to strengthen a relationship. Tammi emphasises the need to choose your "hard" and focus on personal growth before making any decisions about leaving a relationship.
We chat through how important it is to understand each other's values and supporting each other through difficult times and how important it is to really do the work in relationships. They emphasise the need for consistent effort and communication to overcome resentment and improve the relationship.
They also explore the concept of masculine and feminine energy in relationships and how it can impact dynamics. The conversation touches on the struggles of single parenting and the importance of self-care and self-work.
