Movers and shakers
As an ex nurse of 35 years working with quite a lot of Parkinson’s patients, I was alarmed that a lot of nurses know nothing at all about Parkinson’s. Healthcare assistants, they haven’t got a clue. Educating them, then watching them respond to patients who flourish was fantastic. I wish this podcast was on early morning television as well . I had a terrible struggle getting the podcast because I am visually impaired now with macular degeneration so getting a podcast was pretty difficult ,but having said that it’s fantastic listening to you all you are all.

Humourous and informative. Would recommend a listen, not only for people affected by Parkinson’s but for anyone who cares about their fellow human beings.

So great to get more understanding of the condition my husband is living with, and feeling less alone about the situations we’re facing. Thank you Movers and Shakers

Really illuminating to hear all your diagnosis stories. Due to a clerical screw up I received my diagnosis via e-mail, which wasn’t ideal…
