    Perspective: Conclusion of the Chapter

On this episode Ariel and Roger talk about their conclusion of a chapter, and taking a hiatus from the podcast, after a year of learning, unlocking and sharing the lessons and the wisdom with other people. Ariel and Roger reflect on previous episodes - on what has been said, what has been learned, what has been unlocked – what has been done and how it has been done. They also share about their current chapters in their lives and professional journeys.

Quote of the week is by Mel Gibson: “I think any kind of hiatus one takes in an artistic journey is going to make a huge difference. The pause will inform the choices that you make.” The chapter informs so much of your future decisions, and the hiatus, after that chapter concludes, can as well.

    Productivity: Openness or Closure?

    Productivity: Openness or Closure?

On this episode Ariel and Roger talk about closure. There is a natural desire for closure, but sometimes we become so fixated on wanting the closure that we miss out the opportunity that is around us. If we focus on one thing, we might miss some other things. But the opposite might also be true. The question is: what am I craving more? Am I craving more openness and spontaneity, or am I craving more closure and structure? And how do I provide that to myself in the giving situation?

Quote of the week is by Alexander Graham Bell: “Sometimes we stare so long at the door that is closing that we see too late the one that is open”.
