“I generally find content entertaining but delivery is overdone and somewhat pretentious sounding to me. The voice is overly aware of its own singsongy tone which does so several times in one sentence. I find this over-emoting interferes with my enjoyment of the content, along with the constant parade of joyfully capitalistic commercials some done in the same Wondery singsongy voice, collecting ad money for the Wondery futnut machine. And Wondery is also a name that also annoys me because not all these podcasts are so wondery-ful. Not bad, but lacking.”
