This is really, really good
I've read and loved both of Rosie's books and have missed listening to her on podcasts. I was really excited to listen to this with her mum Lisa, who always felt like one of the biggest heroes of the books. I never expected that I would find listening to this podcast to strike such a chord with me. My mother struggles with mental health issues and our relationship isn't always the easiest. The way that Rosie and Lisa are together, even the smallest nuances of their conversations, remind me of my relationship with my mother (and I'm sure aspects of this are relatable to every mother/daughter!). This isn't a story that is very often told in Australia, but it's an important one. Thank you for doing it with such brilliant storytelling and honesty! I'm only two episodes in and can't wait for the next.Read full review »
