Can’t stop listening
This podcast is simultaneously delightful and heartbreaking. Most outstandingly is the kindness and humour with which Rosie treats her mum in their post chapter conversations - given the way her mother’s addiction, decisions and choices impacted her and her siblings. That anyone can find humour in the night their drunk abusive mum calls the police to take her own children away is a wonder - and somehow Rosie does it!
