This not fiction.
It sounds almost voyeuristic to say I enjoyed the podcast, but just to say that this is compulsive listening and a cautionary tale for anyone dealing with less developed legal systems. I’m sure Michaela would be immensely proud of how her family have conducted themselves in the face tragedy, injustice and wilful ignorance. They are keeping her spirit alive in a very real way through this excellent podcast and it deserves all the support it gets.

Really enjoyed this podcast - had really in-depth information but you could only expect that given the relationship of the hosts to Mikella Surprising that given the evidence that the accused were not convicted - keep up the pressure - never forget the justice that she deserves

Very beautifully spoken, you can feel the heart wrenching depths of this journey in each word as they converse between them. Thank you for sharing.

Such a sad story, so hard to believe how it played out in court. I hope it helps get justice for Michaela and her family
