What decent people to be so let down by the Mauritian legal system .
A very moving , informative review of what has been a most painful episode for John and the Mc Areavey and Harte families. This podcast is a must do listen for everyone who travels abroad . It allows a full understanding of how we cannot assume that we will get the justice we are familiar with at home , when required abroad . Let’s hope that some day the families will get what they need ie the men that murdered the beautiful girl , Michaela, are put behind bars . May she rest in peace .

I listening to all of this and it seems the Mauritius justice system is inadequate. Can we crowd fund and bring a civil case against the culprits? I would be very happy to support this terrible circumstance in any way that I can to bring justice for Michaela.
