“Why do people keep creating these terrible true crime podcasts?? We’re want more than a monotonous voice reading from Wikipedia or other questionably credible source...
C’mon now... Ya gotta add value to the information we already have access to! I can throw on a YouTube video covering any one of these cases & enjoy far more detail & creativity than what I get here. It’s not even necessary to watch the YouTube videos—even just listening to a YouTube video about the case is superior to listening to this uninspired podcast. I’m sorry for being so harsh but the truth is the truth. I think the narrator’s voice is nice & you have chosen cases that aren’t overly saturated in the true crime market—so you have a start!
But add an audio clip... from a police interview, the victim’s relatives, courtroom drama, news coverage, anything that isn’t the narrator.... at the very least! Even then you’d still have to do something different than everyone else... something that distinguishes you from all the other terrible true crime podcasts out there—And reading recent crime news clips at the beginning does not count as a distinguishing feature! Lol.”
