It’s a bit “too professional” now…
One of the things I loved about the earlier episodes, weirdly, were the mistakes, the mishaps, shouting at Steven, the back and forth and the lack of prep etc. It felt like listening to two friends have a chat, which is what it was all about. Since the producers, researchers and those bloody annoying wondery ads it’s all gone “too professional” and the vibe has been completely lost. I understand the pandemic has been hard and I know you need to make a living, but please just keep it simple. Chat together about true crime and let us listen, that’s all we ever needed.

I’m hooked. I stumbled upon your podcast on my drive back to college this weekend… Hilarious. It made my four hour drive feel like 30 minutes. It was almost like I was sitting in my living room with my two good friends, sipping a cup of coffee, and talking about the weird facets of life. Loved it.
