“If you’ve always been interested in comics, but don’t know where to start, this is absolutely the best way in. The main MMY list is a great introduction to all the characters in the Marvel universe and the most interesting and important issues and events that will occur. The podcast is entertaining, and the community and resources available through Patreon are well worth the support. It’s the comic reading experience I always wanted, and I’m having a blast with every issue.
Update: I’ve been with this show since pretty close to the beginning. And I have never regretted my support. It’s so much more than a show. The MMY community is amazing and I am grateful to be a part of it. Not only has this been a great, accessible way to get into comics, but it has been so much more. I’ve made some true friends in this club and there’s always something to be a part of, from creating extra issues guides for our favorite books beyond the list, to secret Santa exchanges and tabletop RPG’s.
