Love this podcast! Great information about fueling and caring for your body and mind when training. Whenever I need a reality check and reset from all the diet culture messages on social media I tune in here for a great reminder of what my body really needs!

Sarah and Marita do an excellent job breaking down the science behind the nutrition so that it is easily digestible! A must listen for any athlete wanting to understand how to fuel your body before, during & after training/race. The takeaways are invaluable!!
