Great info with sound advice
This podcast provides applicable tools for those dealing with emotional abuse. The real world examples helped me understand that my gut reactions to personal life experiences were likely accurate. I recommend this for anyone who’s working through untangling the web that complicated, abusive relationships wrap around our lives.
Disappointed
I was hoping to get more useful information.
Host doesn’t appear to have a direction. All over the place. Doesn’t complete thought or sentences. Jumps around. Seems unprepared and just talking with no objective or purpose. Will try to find another podcast. Sorry.
