“I love how you broke it down for everyone to understand about the difference between millionaires and billionaires. When I lived in hawaii we saw this daily. Billionaires invested in beachfront properties to build up exclusive communities that are ghost towns most of the year. How do they contribute to the island they built this on? They give islanders small pay to work for them(I did as a landscaper/interior plantscaper), drive up surrounding area real estate prices(no taxes or pay a little), locals cost of living goes and this keeps us stuck in hospitality. There are a few locals now trying to change this mindset of living off billionaire’s money.”
