In this episode, we talk to Isa Nacewa about how he was able to apply Mental Skills to his experience as a coach and player.  Isa was one of the very few players who went from Performance Coach with the Blues, out of retirement to be a player at Leinster Rugby - a key catalyst to their success.   A great lesson, particularly after Quade Cooper's talk in recent weeks about his mental view on "who he is" has been key to his successful comeback.
