Who ever is talking at the 6min make, please clear the throat. Your only job is to talk on a microphone. Drink lemon juice, or spit out the mucus. That rasp sound is the most any sound in radio: your very intelligent and I do t mean to be disrespectful just clear your throat before you talk.
