Fantastic way to get into running
I never thought I’d be able to run longer than a few mins. This plan really eases you into running and helps you enjoy it. I am now on week 7 doing 25 min solid runs each day. Fantastic running aid
I have just completed w5r3. I never thought that 6 weeks ago that I could run for 5 mins let alone 20 by this point in the plan.
