I have never used such a difficult app. I still have not managed to get it on my Apple so I can transfer to my pod. Rubbish.

Brilliant series!!!
This is actually achievable!!! I’ve done it and I’m an overweight 38 year old who has never run in my life. It wasn’t easy but it is doable!!! The music could be better but it’s ok. Please bring out a 5k to 10k. Thank you for this series!!! I can’t believe I did it!!!
