Thanks Laura for getting this 70 year old over the 30 minute line. It took longer than 9 weeks and it’s less than 5k, but I’m still pretty chuffed to get there.

This is the third or fourth time I’ve C25K. It’s a really good programme in that given sufficient time you can get to 30 mins running easily (not 5k).
