Good but could be improved
First time using the app, instructions are great, shame they don’t have songs playing while your doing it rather that instrumentals.

Never too late
I’m a thirty year old man who has always hated running and preferred other sports. Literally anything else! My problem is I was trying to run too fast, too long, too soon. It’s working again 🙌
I randomly popped into podcast and tried it again and it works 💗 best ever version of couch to 5k!! While it wasn’t working I have tired to find another and NOTHING is as good as this!!!
