Great add-on to Couch to 5K!

When I finished Couch to 5K, I didn't have music playlists ready to go to keep going with running, so this was a life saver to provide me with something to continue running with after finishing Couch to 5K.

I was also delighted that this provides more instruction and guidance from the same personal trainer (Laura) from the original Couch to 5K podcast.

Next NHS Choices should offer a podcast to go from 5K to 10K, or maybe even 5K to half marathon! These NHS Choices running podcasts are so great I recommended them to friends and family.

Yeah!!! Been waiting for this!

I've been waiting for this. Sorry it took me so long to find it! Hope the music is just as uplifting and motivating as the original program!!! I've not been able to find such great music.
