I went from near retirement and feeling old to running 5k at least 3 times a week and feeling great. When I’m out there running I feel in top of the world!! 10k here I come!!

Love #c25k it's changed my life. Never ran in my life, always said I couldn't and I've just ran 5k. This review could never get over how good that feels!

Brilliant for absolute beginners, I finished the plan in April 2014 and I have gone on to doing races and fun runs. My confidence has shot through the roof and I have lost a stone and a half. This is a wonderful and friendly introduction to running.

Five stone overweight and never ran in my life. Just completed day two and so proud of myself. This app has the potential to be life saving ! An enjoyable and controlled way to achieve 5k. I look forward to nine weeks time.

This together with MyFitnessPal app brought me down from 105kg to my current 80kg. I couldn’t believe I could ever run for half an hour but I just followed the program. It’s not easy but it’s progressive enough that you move towards the goal. Go for it!

This app is awesome. Loved the physical and mental challenge. As usual Laura walks you through the process . 5 min walk then run at 158 Bpm followed by 160 Bpm for 10 minutes each then 158 Bpm and a sprint for the last minutes. Great break from my all too filial routine if running for 30 minutes
