“I am real ‘couch’ level fitness person and I have made it to week 4 and am surviving. I would go as far as saying I am enjoying the process. If you really want to be one of those people you see jogging happily in parks and by the sea this is for you. The phasing of jog to walk to jog is genuinely manageable. The increase to more jogging each week is enough to challenge you but not to defeat you. I was so unfit to begin with that I repeated weeks 1 and 2 before moving on. I would encourage anyone feeling in a fitness rut to give couch to 5k a go.”
