“A great starting point for a non runner, low active person. I am on week 7, never thinking I could be running for 28 minutes before starting this plan.
It really does work! Keep on going and stay motivated. Personally I am finding the last weeks tricky, could do with more vocal direction maybe.
From next week I will most likely just listen to music or podcasts if the right length.
