“Just want to reiterate how brilliant this podcasts is! I’m only on week 5 but I’ve never got this far with a couch to 5k before, despite trying many times using other apps.
Although the music isn’t to my taste it helps you run at the right pace, previously I’ve tried to go too fast, failed and felt defeated.
So helpful to have the coach, Laura, giving you hints and tips too. I’ve also downloaded the app and I log each run on there to keep track of where I am.
Normally I’ve dragged out a running buddy to come with me but today I completed my first solo run! I’ve also looked and the next session after and thought “I can do that!” Which I never would’ve said before.”
