It really does work.
I’m about to start week 7. Who’d have thought when I started I could just about run for 90 seconds. The last few weeks have got tougher but I’m surprised how much stamina I have than when I started. And I’m actually enjoying my running. Music not bad and the coaching is good. Highly recommend.

I've just used week 1 and it's fantastic. I always wanted to run again, after moving away from my running partner. Now I have a virtual one. The music is great and Laura is really encouraging. Can't wait to get to week 9!Read full review »
