“I hadn’t been doing any exercise until I started some strength training recently. I couldn’t run at all/for more than a minute when I started this and am now finishing week 7/9 and jogging for 25 minutes (which my new Fitbit tells me is over 4K). This is a great programme. Wish the NHS did more.”
