Don’t underestimate just because it’s free
This has very genuinely revolutionised my fitness. I was very much the couch queen and unhappy with my fitness and weight. The problem was, I felt too intimidated to start an exercise plan or go it alone. This podcast has gotten me running 3-4 times a week and not dreading it. The voice over, Laura, should really charge for giving therapy as she’s gotten me through some rough moments. You’ve got nothing to lose by giving this ago so just do it!
