Goodbye Couch Potato
This is a great way to get into exercise and get motivated. Easy to follow and it doesn't feel too hard. I started this as I need to get fit. It's broken up into bursts of running in the first week and so you feel able to do it. I don't like exercise but now I plan when I can run around my work and home commitments. I'm 43 and have never been a runner. This app has been a revelation. I have had a fantastic sense of achievement after completing each stage, running for 5 mins was a big deal.
