Fantastic way to get into running
I never thought I’d be able to run longer than a few mins. This plan really eases you into running and helps you enjoy it. I am now on week 7 doing 25 min solid runs each day. The key is to keep going, you will be surprised at how much you can run!! Your stamina increases tremendously and whereas I used to hate running and general cardio, I now look forward to my runs!

Very frustrated! It worked fine the first two times I used it but the third time it's all shaky and playing superfast! Had to download it on my husbands phone! Week 2 is doing the same??? Using on my husbands phone and love it! Just want it to work on mine!!Read full review »

Hated sport at school, avoided it for most of my life. Started this programme and not only completed it but still run x3 per week. Encouraging and well thought thru podcast and supportive on line forum. Could not praise more highly!
