Most be the company format.
Why have guests talk when you constantly interrupt them if you don’t like their explanation?
I guess when Lee Cooperman or similar billionaire or hedge fund manager comments you don’t interrupt at all. Hmmm?”

“despite having many of the same reporters as NBR, “The Exchange” sounds like a collection of ads or sound bites rather than a “produced” program.
whereas NBR had a calming, informative tone, “The Exchange” music, tone, pace sounds hectic, emotional, headline grabbing.
