Description
Episode 143 // Some companies have turned the concept of believing your own bullsh!t into an art form! This episode explores the psychological factors that push us to believe our own bullsh!t, and I give some tips to stop you from falling into this trap as your leadership career develops and flourishes!   See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
