Sarah Knight knows what she’s talking about and she says it well. This is one of my top five favorite podcasts and the only self-help podcast I’ve ever listened to in it’s entirety. I love Sarah’s in-your-face energy, and her casual yet intelligent rhetoric keeps me engaged and receptive to her...Read full review »

I’ve learned a lot of good life hacks in this podcast and I can’t wait for the next season. My sister doesn’t listen to podcasts, so I bought her the book and she loves it. You are a fantastic host and author!

I’m currently seeing a professional therapist while reading and listening to her work. This has helped me tremendously and I’m so thankful I stumbled across this podcast and book series. Such an inspiration. I feel that everybody could benefit someway or another from her advice.

Sarah has given what I’ve been looking for: the key to mental de cluttering. She is hilarious too. This is a total antidote for the complicated mind ! It’s relieving many pain points already helping to quell that buzz of “am I doing enough ?”...and “is this ok to be doing now”? ...”what should I...Read full review »

Sara is so great with her advice and the practical ways she recommends to reclaim your space. My F-budget is so much better managed than ever before thanks to things learned in Season 1. I’d read the books, but hearing it from her is even better! Can’t wait for Season 2 to come along.

This podcast has been changing my perspective on life. Most of us are raised ingrained in our head that we shouldn’t say ‘no’ to people, or that it’s impolite and million other reasons. And somewhere between these reasons our own life suffers. Sarah is very insightful with the way she views...Read full review »

Sarah Knight smart, well spoken, clever, compassionate and self deprecating. There’s a real-ness to her words and sincerity in her voice. Only half way through the series and have come to many realizations about myself. So grateful for this podcast and many thanks to Sarah!!
