Inbound Marketing for MSPs
This is a recording from a presentation I did at Techcon Unplugged in September on inbound marketing. I posted it on YouTube but most of our audience is still on this podcast and I really think it's worth listening too!
You know what I say about repurposing content :)
On another note, I HIGHLY recommend getting your ticket to Techcon Unplugged this year. It was an incredible event and the MSP Camp team will definitely be there again this year!

Customer Reviews
The Best There Is!
This podcast is the best MSP podcast out there. Most podcasts that operate in this space are either obviously trying to sell you something or are focused too much on the wrong things. I have taken at least one piece of advice from every episode of this podcast. It’s fun, engaging, and filled with important information.
Mr. Homid’s conduct to a past review
About a month ago, I posted a review stating that since departing his father-in-laws MSP, the audio quality had become hard to listen to.
Some weeks after, the audio quality had improved & I removed my review assuming it had been received & found helpful.
However, post removal of my review, I received a LinkedIn message from Mr. Homid.
“You left us a 2 star review because our audio quality was really bad? I wish you would have just sent me a message since we know each other but all good. Just bought a new amp so hopefully that can improve it a bit! We'll see”
Having no real interactions with Mr. Homid, certainly no ongoing or open communication, it’s a bizarre thing to receive.
Sharing with others here so you understand what type of offline conduct one might expect to have if they review this show.
Best to the point content!
This podcast has been the best source of marketing dos and dont’s that I have come across. It has completely changed the way I think about marketing our MSP services.
