If you thought the ads were bad before…
now, not only are you startled by the double-volume ‘stop the podcast’ screech, they’ve started adding equally loud vendor-recorded ads as well! So after falling in love with the facts during covid, I’ve unsubbed - just too freaking irritated by the horrendous interruptions that make my ears ring since the rude noise level is so shocking through earbuds. Evidently the move to a new studio is expensive, because even the multi-years old episodes are cluttered with the obnoxious ads. HORRIBLE, folks! bye bye

It's ok. Not great. Not hilarious. Not very informative, but does give an occasional interesting tidbit (though often out of context). Wide variety of interesting topics discussed in a way that makes the listener feel as if they sitting in the same room as the presenters, so it is not patronising or too academic for folk to understand. I always look forward to the next episode
