I LOVE how comfortable Lyndi is in her skin. I want to emulate that in my own life and just listening to this has helped me become more comfortable with myself and all the things my body is. If you want to learn to love yourself too, I highly suggest listening to this podcast ❤️❤️❤️

I love this podcast. I have learned so much, shared so much with others, and it has truly helped me. Each time I listen it grounds me and gets me out of my head - down from all the nutrition and wellness wankery we are constantly surrounded by. Very grateful for this podcast.

The advice and content in this podcast genuinely helpful for people who experience disordered eating. I think it’s important that people who are recovering from eating disorders or an unhealthy relationship with food, exercise or weight seek personalised support from medical practitioners but...Read full review »

I love that Lyndi and Jenna tackle the nitty gritty dieting myths like how much water to drink or detoxing but also focus on the bigger picture stuff like overall health and restriction/binging. I had an eating disorder as a teenager and am still dealing with my relationship with food in my 30s,...Read full review »

This podcast has changed my life. After years (decades!) of disordered eating I’m finally starting to see food and exercise as fuel for health and not as a means to lose weight. Thankyou!

Thank you Lyndi for your excellent podcast. As a parent of teens and as an individual with a lifetime of eating issues, I find that every episode has something memorable and so helpful in it. Thank you again and PLEASE don’t stop podcasting for us!!

What a waste of time that was. ‘Don’t be restrictive with food’ and also ‘don’t keep chocolate in your house’ This isn’t creating a healthy habit with food. What a joke.

I began dieting in my early teens because I didn’t feel like I fitted in when I started high school. At the time I was a perfectly healthy weight and loved sport. I lost a lot of weight by drastically restricting my intake. Initially I was praised for how good I looked - but then it became about...Read full review »

Despite being better than a lot of stuff out there it’s still a bit “diet-y”. Plenty of talking about making your body smaller. But better than much of what’s out there.

After years and years of yo-yo diets, berating myself for not having a body like the women in magazines, being brought up in a family, who are very judgemental and have their own issues around food and body image, at the age of 40 I am FINALLY turning to intuitive eating and beginning my journey....Read full review »
