Emotions are temporary

I Learned so much from listening to Jake about Izzard’s View on emotions. It’s ok to feel, but it only lasts less than 10 seconds. Then your thoughts, which you control, takes over. My life and family are better from listening to this and I recommend this podcast to EVERYONE!
