In this episode, I'm having a conversation with Carla from Ancestral River about Ancestral Healing through Biofield Tuning - a type of sound healing. Carla is a sound healer and uses the biofield tuning methods that were developed by inventor and author Eileen Day McKusick who wrote the books "Tuning the Human Biofield: Healing with Vibrational Sound Therapy" and “Electric Body, Electric Health”. In this conversation, Carla explains what the human biofield is, how tuning forks can heal the energy field that surrounds and permeates our bodies, and how it's inextricably connected with our conscious and subconscious mind, including all of our memories.  Physical, mental and emotional disorders can be perceived as "dissonance" in our energy fields and can also stem from our ancestor's experiences.  Biofield Tuning is able to diminish and resolve this dissonance and in doing so, alleviate and even eradicate the corresponding physical, mental and/or emotional symptoms. Carla talks about frequencies, raising consciousness and how we can work with energetic ley lines.
