Love these podcasts, but honestly they get me emotional because I know there are people who I can relate to or who are dealing with similar issues, and hearing these types of problems being said out loud by other people is a wake up to how bad I’m living right now. Thank you for these!!

I love how open she is about personal experiences and internal perception. How she mentions not many people are open to express how they really feel because of how society treats humiliation from an early age. I love this podcast keep it going, you’re doing phenomenal.

Bryana, it’s a good thing that you have made this podcast. Depression is something that affects a lot of in the world. From a person who has attempted, hearing your voice talking about it is wonderful.

I feel like I relate to a lot and you put some of my feelings into words, I was looking at another review that said you have a way with words and I couldn’t agree more, you’re just honest which is so rare these days. It brought me peace to know someone struggles like me (sorry if that sounds...Read full review »

I can relate with the self care/procrastinate part . I will tell my self I can’t do certain things until I do something just to avoid it. “ I can’t get a job yet because I need time to work out and getting a job won’t give me time to do anything “ I procrastinate so much with everything and I...Read full review »

I finally had time this week to listen and I’m not disappointed. At first I thought it was crazy how much I relate to your life, but it really isn’t.
