“He’s awesome! So funny and real and honest and compassionate. Feels like he really “gets” the struggles people have with weight loss and gives a lot of wonderful insight so you can get the most bang for your time, energy, money and sanity (well being) when attempting to lose weight or even if you have other fitness goals. Look no further - seems like he’s spent an enormous time learning all he can on fitness and nutrition and it’s very generous of him to pour it out all here. We don’t have to keep going in “circles” which sometimes happens in the fat loss/binge/repeat cycle that one can fall it o easily.”
