A man with a better quality of misery.
I’m a Spotify listener, I borrowed the child’s iPad to leave this review...anyway, Martin I really do enjoy listening to you blabber on about all things diet and food related as I try when I can to get a walk in. You have helped me better understand and become better educated in regards to my ignorance relating to food/nutrition/exercise especially when you spoke about your own experience with dieting. I loved your honesty about your extreme dieting and the magnificent way in which you explain a calorie deficit and how we can give ourselves unconditional permission to eat whatever we want, just not everything. I loved your explanation on how a diet should be approached in a more pragmatic way, as opposed to being seen as something which needs to strict and regimentally adhered to. I was a massive over trainer and a massive binger, your podcast has helped me become less anxious about dieting and my need to be exact on a daily basis when it comes to consuming calories. My approach to exercise now differs in both the volume and intensity, explaining what you need to do help your calorie deficit along so you can recover more efficiently has helped me to no end! You really do have a way with words brother, I can’t thank you enough. Keep up the good work, thank you.

Really good podcast, loads of details and insight about nutrition (amongst other things!) in a friendly casual format that’s easier to listen to.
