Long-time listener & bibliotherapist
I’ve been a long-time listener to this podcast because I love hearing the hosts discuss books from the perspective of mental health. I appreciate their disclaimers about not necessarily speaking from a place of lived experience as well. I have shared the episode about one of my favourite books about grief, A MONSTER CALLS, on my Facebook page, Byron Bibliotherapy. I feel so many people would benefit from the honesty of that book, especially if they read it before an episode of loss. So excited to hear about the book club/read-along structure of Season 3 & I’ll definitely be joining in with the first book, TIGER DAUGHTER, another favourite of mine! Thanks for doing such a great job! ~ Dr Zewlan (pronounced Shoolen) Moor @byronbiblio: GP, Bibliotherapist & Author of NOTHING ALIKE (Hardie Grant Aug ‘23) & THE BILL DUP (Windy Hollow Sep ‘23)
