At least 12 people have been confirmed dead in Florida, after Hurricane Milton made landfall on the state's Gulf Coast. Some three million customers are without power in Florida, as the storm moved out to sea and weakened into a post-tropical cyclone. Former President Trump spoke at the Detroit Economic Club. He focused on powerful foreign companies that he said have taken advantage of the U.S. He also laid out his economic proposal, including plans for tax deductions. Vice President Kamala Harris campaigned in Nevada and Arizona, participating in a pre-taped town hall with Univision airing tonight. Meanwhile, former President Barack Obama began campaigning for Harris in swing states with an event in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Lebanon's health ministry said Israeli airstrikes in Beirut killed 22 people and injured over 100. And according to the Palestinian Red Crescent, an Israeli airstrike killed 28 people at a school in Gaza. Israel said terrorists had a command-and-control center in the school.
