Excellent information

I find Dr Greger’s informative podcasts to be so helpful in my journey into WFPB living. He presents with a dry wit and often makes me laugh with his plays on words. These podcasts have spurred me on to a much healthier way of eating and living. Thank you for your work, Dr G.

Amazing Resource

Dr. Greger and his team extensively peruse scientific literature on nutrition. I rely heavily on his podcasts and his organization’s site, and have been following his sound and trustworthy advice for years. His knowledge of nutrition is unsurpassed. I could go on, but my oatmeal, topped with blueberries and sprinkled with cocoa powder, is ready.

The best! One suggestion….

I have just started listening to your audio book, “how not to age”, what a great book, your voice is clear and understandable! I am also a long time listener of this podcast. I have listened to many podcasts on nutrition and health, this is the best I’ve heard. Based on research, factual, no product incentive like many others do, no commercials…. Like you said, you do this out of love and public service! Simply THE best and THE most outstanding podcast on nutrition and health!!! However, some times, it’s hard to understand you on the podcast. I suggest you speak a little slowly, just like you did in your audio book. There are so much content in your podcast, slower pace gives us time for our brain to digest. Also restrain yourself from dramatic/artistic twist on your voice, I know it’s hard, as you are so talented with words, but be conservative with your voice, pause between sentences, and summarize at the end of the podcast, so more people can understand you. Also by adding a brief summary in the show notes would help! Remember, all TV anchors speak very conservatively with clear understandable voice and tone, there must be a reason. Again, Thank you for good work! I am big fan of yours! ❤️❤️
