Good science, but kinda boring
I really wanted to like this podcast. I loved Danielle Belardo’s interview on Conspiratuality but this podcast is a little too dry and technical. I think the format of having a doctor interview other doctors and experts means there isn’t a lay person perspective or some translation. A science reporter or someone who could interpret some of this info would help, as well as some variation in the production to help keep the listener’s attention. It’s a shame because the very people who need this myth-busting information might be turned off by how technical this podcast is.

Evidence based, with really great guests. A podcast like this is really needed in a world of pseudoscience where every joe shmo is a nutrition expert! These are real physicians who are true experts on evidence based nutrition
