Description
We're a few days into February, which means we've officially entered the Goal Graveyard. How many times have you gone from crushing your New Year's Resolution daily to a Super Bowl Party or Valentine's Day Dinner that marked the beginning of the end for your healthy habit goals? If you listened to our episode on New Year's Resolution Mistakes, you know how much we value sustainable goal setting. But what happens when life throws us a curveball or our goals are no longer serving us? In today's episode, Claire helps us evaluate our original goals and shares her approach to changing them when necessary. - You may have seen our recent announcement that we've been accepted into the Techstars Austin accelerator and are building our very own app! Before we start building, it's super important that we understand what women actually want and need in order to ditch diets, prioritize nutrition, sustain healthy habits, and build confidence. To that end, we would love if you'd be willing to hop on a call to share more about your experience with nutrition, health, diets, etc. It'll take no more than 30 minutes. This is in no way a sales pitch, but rather a way for us to understand your experience and needs so we can build an incredible app that helps women with their mental and physical well-being. If you're open to chatting, you can book a call here! - Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss our weekly episodes.
