Pros and cons of Intuitive Eating
Listen now
Description
According to its creators, Intuitive Eating is a "self-care eating framework, which integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought." It was developed back in 1995 by two dietitians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, and is detailed in their book, Intuitive Eating: A Revolutionary Anti-Diet Approach, which outlines the 10 guiding principles of the practice. Yes and no, which is why Claire is digging into some of the pros and cons of Intuitive Eating on today's episode. Listen to hear her take on this approach to health and nutrition!
