“Long time subscriber to the pod finally writing a review! I don’t listen to every episode, but always come back to this podcast, especially when it’s a guest that interests me. Always love when Lo is on the pod (I actually find myself laughing out loud when I’m getting ready for work and that’s not easy at 5 AM) and the episode with Nick (and Lo!) recently was entertaining and had me laughing . I especially enjoyed the one with Dr. Belardo. As a healthcare provider myself it was so refreshing to hear from someone who is QUALIFIED to speak on matters relating to health and not some pseudoscience influencer who has no business giving health advice. KB is a hard worker- this pod has been going strong since the start not to mention her other business endeavors. What I like most about KB is that you can tell she’s a kind person with a good heart. Despite being in the public eye and having a platform she has maintained a certain degree of relatability that most can’t and I love that about her ! 🫶🏻”
